Well Today is March first and I thought i would start the month off right. But as always i failed. I hate it. No matter how hard I try, i end up failing. Well I tired of doing that. I gained 5lbs over 2 days. I cant believe it. Today starts a new day. at 8:00 March 1st. Im committing to myself not to let myself down. Its just food. Why cant i see that. Its just food. I can do this. Its okay, im gonna write in my journal everyday. Im gonna lose weight. I will fight this battle.

after a week of trying to eat really healthy and exercise,i find that ana works best for me. i love to work out, and im gonna continue.I just cant eat 1000 cals a day. i feel so gross and bloated at the end of the day. i just think i was born to starve. so back to my coffee and runs. ladies let me know what you think. thanks

Well after i ate my last meal of 2005, i now have to come up with a plan for 2006. i am going to fast til the year is out. i wanna lose 20 more lbs, i can so do it. i need to motivate myself. no more binges no more laxatives. just good old fasting and restricting. no carbs no fat.

Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of seeing all of this low-carb alternatives. I will admit, I try not to eat too many, but what is up with that. Does any one think it works? I mean how can u possibly have low carb pasta.

Has anyone tried relacore? If so did you have any results. I heard that it is supposed to relieve stress and take excess belly fat.

New Day [Feb. 15th, 2005|09:21 am]
Today I started off really good. I love Special K and had it for breakfast. For the rest of the day, I am only drinking lemon juice and cayenne pepper. i heard a model say, It helps remove excess water. It is kinda like the master cleanse diet without the syrup which adds calories. I use lemons, pepper, and splenda. It doesnt tatse too bad, it can be hot if you add too much pepper. I start a new job soon. It will be eight hour shifts after class, which means I will not have to eat all day. If anyone asks, I can say I ate on my lunch. Too Great!!!!! here are my stats
